Our team are our most important asset and are at the heart of our success. So we focus on developing everyone at Spencer Rose with training and support to meet their targets and personal goals.
We plan to double our revenue over the next two years by building on our success in the Insurance, Payments and Post Trade markets. To achieve our ambitious plans, we need to grow our team to so we can meet the planned growth in client demand.
With these exciting plans in mind, we are looking for an experienced contract recruitment consultant who can lead and develop our established contract business at Spencer Rose. We are looking for someone with a consultative working approach, who will represent Spencer Rose’s values of integrity and honesty
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a business plan to grow Spencer Rose’s contract division across the key industries we operate within -Insurance, Payments and post trade
- Build and maintain key relationships with decision makers within your clients to build sales opportunities.
- Provide consultative advice to clients, recommending effective candidate attraction strategies and leveraging internal resources to maintain a robust candidate database.
- Continuously enhance sector-specific knowledge to stay informed of market trends and industry developments.
- Grow and maintain your own personal brand and reputation in the market by utilising social media, referrals and networking.
- Drive and lead new business in your market, to create job pipeline and agreeing new terms of business
- Build and leverage key relationships with decision makers within your clients to increase sales opportunities and win contract business
- Effectively manage all client recruitment assignments, job specifications, shortlisting, and offers
- Employ effective candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, to deliver shortlists of the best talent available in the market to fulfil our client’s requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to build a strong network of contract candidates
About You:
- Proven experience successfully building, and growing a contract business and team
- You lead by example and is invested in working to high standards, providing the best support and personal development opportunities to your team
- A track record of effectively managing your time and setting objectives to ensure you deliver against the goals and targets that you set
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Represent Spencer Rose’s values of honestly and high standards of work, whether externally with clients and candidates, or internally with other members of the team
