Spencer Rose are currently partnered with a leading publishing house who are on the look out for a UX Researcher. Within this role the UX Researcher will be instrumental in shaping a new suite of products and services through uncovering user insight.
The UX Researcher will have the following responsibilities –
- Conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user observations to identify user painpoints
- Responsible in the creation of user personas and user journey maps to help teams better understand and empathise with our target audience
- Collaborate with UX designers, and product managers to integrate user insights into the product development process
The UX Researcher will have the following skills and experience –
- Five or more years of UX research experience
- Ability to perform all research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
- Bachelor’s or MS in a human behavior related field (or equivalent and demonstrable work experience)
