Spencer Rose are partnered with a Systematic trading company that are looking for 2 Junior Developers to join their talented team of engineers. In this role, not only will you learn the art of software development in a commercial environment, you will also enter the lucrative world of trading/finance.
My client are looking for a Junior Developer to help build in-house and third-party systems used to book, manage and calculate risk and PnL for two trading desks. You will work on front, middle, and Back Office applications and use a number of cutting edge technologies in the process.
The technologies used on the platform are;
- .NET Core
- ASP.NET Core
- CI/CD pipelines
- Docker
- JavaScript
- CSS
- Cloud
The Junior Developer will have;
- Experience coding in C#
- Experience with SQL (advantageous)
- An interest in working in a trading environment
- A passion for technology, personal projects are advantageous
Desirable skills are;
- Web application development (ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, CSS)
- Exposure to DevOps, containers or CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to microservices
