A City of London based Financial Services organisation are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale project delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple Business Change and Technical projects.
The Senior Project Manager responsibilities:
- Leading, engaging and motivating the team of Project Managers, to deliver project outcomes.
- Working with key stakeholders to support the development of the project business case.
- Providing analysis and forecasting to support the delivery of the change portfolio.
- Ensuring that all risks and issues associated to the project are properly documented, reported and actively managed.
- Managing inter-dependencies with other projects and their impact.
Experience and Qualifications required:
- Excellent understanding of the project management lifecycle.
- Experience of working within complex change environments, managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Has previously managed a team.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies.
- Highly proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications as well as proficient in project planning and applicable software ie MS Project or similar.
