We plan to double our revenue over the next two years by building on our success in the Insurance, Payments and Post Trade markets. To achieve our ambitious plans, we need to grow our team so we can meet the planned growth in client demand.
With these exciting plans in mind, we are looking for experienced IT Recruitment Consultants, particularly those specialised in the Data or Project / Programme markets, who are ambitious, driven, and charismatic to join our successful team. We can provide the technology, structure, training and support for you to excel in your career. We have systemised business development and candidate attraction strategies that have been designed to ensure success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and manage a business plan to grow your specialist market by identifying and advancing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain key relationships with decision makers within your clients to build sales opportunities.
- Grow and maintain your own personal brand and reputation in the market by utilising social media, referrals and social networking.
- Set and achieve your own business development objectives in line with Spencer Rose established business development processes.
- Drive new business in your market, to create job pipeline and agreeing new PSL arrangements
- Negotiate terms and conditions of business for both contingency recruitment and retained business
- Build and leverage key relationships with decision makers within your clients to increase sales opportunities and win new permanent and contract business
- Effectively manage all client recruitment assignments, job specifications, shortlisting, and offers
- Employ effective candidate attraction and sourcing strategies, to deliver shortlists of the best talent available in the market to fulfil our client’s requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to build a strong network of contract or permanent candidates
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within IT recruitment
- A track record of effectively managing your time and setting objectives to ensure you deliver against the goals and targets that you set
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work autonomously and successfully juggle numerous priorities
- Represent Spencer Rose’s values and high standards of work, whether externally with clients and candidates, or internally with other members of the team
- Competitive and driven personality
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the recruitment processes and able to work consistently to a high standard
