AWS Security Engineer
Contract – 6 months
Location – Bristol
Hybrid work – 2/3 days per week in the office
Day rate – 800 per day (Inside IR35)
Spencer Rose are currently recruiting for a AWS Security Engineer with one of our key clients based in Bristol. This will be a 6 month contract where the AWS Security Engineer will be providing security and reliability of their AWS cloud based environment.
The AWS Security Engineer will have the following responsibilities –
- Design and build resilient Cloud infrastructures that are protected against security threats
- Develop and assess Cloud security solutions to secure systems, databases and networks
- Act as a bridge between Cloud, Engineering and DevSecOps
The AWS Security Engineer will have the following skills –
- Extensive previous experience working within AWS
- Excellent infrastructure security experience and passionate about tackling risks from misconfigurations
- Strong Knowledge of Application Level & Network Layer Security Protections
- Strong knowledge of AWS Security tools & features
