On behalf of a leading financial services organisation, I am seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their established team. The Change Analyst will be accountable for the day-to-day administration, management and reporting of change procedure implemented throughout the organisation. This role will work closely with the Product Team. The Change Analyst ensures there is a comprehensive visibility in operation to manage change, including key points of address and then report on findings in order to achieve awareness and avoid collisions.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute and manage work within a backlog of items, working with an agile approach and sprint construct to deliver on change goals.
- Work with the Product Teams to promote understanding and adherence to Change Management principles and policy points.
- Evaluate activities in change management procedure, identify any configuration or asset changes, and determine success factors.
- Ensure a process exists to record outcomes or requirements from reviews feeds back into the relevant configuration management database record.
- Consult upon and/or carry out the technical work required to make amendments within the ITSM tool relating to on-going improvements to the Change process and related processes.
- Compile Change Management MI on a weekly and monthly basis and review for potential trends and improvement opportunities.
Experience/Skills required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Change Analyst capacity or similar, preferably within a financial services environment.
- Proven experience of working with ITIL aligned or Agile processes.
- Proven experience of successful process implementation/improvement initiatives through iterative change and automation.
- Demonstrable experience of running change practises.
- Embraces and drives a continuous learning culture where the development of new skills and knowledge is paramount to individual and team success.
- A focus on open learning, innovation, and industry awareness should be championed as well as effective cross division communities of practice.
