Spencer Rose are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our fast-growing insurotech client. They offer innovative insurance solutions to customers around the world and are committed to providing exceptional customer service and delivering the best possible experience to their clients who are some of the market’s largest and best known specialty insurers.
Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Monitor client activity and usage to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize the value of offerings.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that clients may encounter.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services, as well as the insurance industry as a whole.
- Collaborate with other internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure clients needs are being met and any gaps or areas for improvement are addressed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
Customer Success Manager Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the insurance industry or with insurance-related products and services is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer success tools is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a dedication to ensuring client satisfaction
