Cyber Security Project Manager
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)
Salary: Up to £95,000 (depending on experience)
Bonus: Discretionary bonus up to 10%
Spencer Rose is currently partnering with a key client in Central London to recruit an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager. This role will focus on leading the delivery of a portfolio of business-critical cyber security initiatives, including Access Management, Zero Trust, and Data Loss Prevention programmes.
The Cyber Security Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale cyber security uplift programme aligned with strategic business and regulatory objectives.
- Deliver initiatives based on recognised security frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls, supporting a defence-in-depth approach.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with external technology and security vendors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, cybersecurity teams, IT, business units, compliance, and third-party partners to ensure clear communication and successful delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational security priorities.
The Cyber Security Project Manager will need to have the following skills & experience:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering cyber security or information security related projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing external vendors and third-party partners.
- Proven track record of delivering cyber security programmes aligned to recognised frameworks such as NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
