Are you a keen Data Engineer that has an interest in financial services? Would you like to solve complex data problems for reputable companies in the capital markets domain? Do you enjoy building data platforms from scratch?

My client, a leading consultancy (that have their own products) are looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing team, you will be responsible for owning and leading on data projects for their clients, using a modern Azure Data Engineering stack. A lot of cool, greenfield work to be done. The Data Engineer will be working closely with stakeholders both internally and externally.
The Data Engineer will have:
- 4+ years as a Data Engineer
- 2 years with Azure
- 2 years with Python and or SQL
- Experience with Power BI
- Experience with Data Lakes and Data Warehouse
- Strong communicational skills
The Data Engineer will be responsible for:
- Building and developing a SaaS solutions
- Working with clients in the Capital Markets industry
- Having a say in the architecture and solutions design
- Turning business problems into data problems and then solving them
- Mentoring junior developers
