Spencer Rose are seeking an ERP Project Manager to work for our Financial Services client based in Central London, for an initial 6 month contract.

Rate: £669-759 per day – Inside IR35, via an Umbrella
Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office (City of London)
Duration: Initial 6 month contract
You will be responsible for leading the final-phase delivery of a new Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and overseeing the vendor-managed migration of a new CRM/commercial platform. Working across multiple workstreams, you will ensure structured execution, alignment with PMO standards, and effective coordination between internal SMEs, IT, and external partners.
Alongside these core responsibilities, you may also support the Programme Management team on wider portfolio activities across Risk & Data, Technology, Governance, and Regulatory initiatives, depending on business priorities.
Essential
- End-to-end Workday ERP implementation experience across all modules.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate project teams.
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills and attention to detail.
- Logical problem-solver with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Experience in risk management and/or change management.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
Desired
- Project management accreditation (eg, AGILE, PRINCE2).
- Experience managing software or platform delivery projects across multiple technologies.
- Understanding of sales, commercial, or quote-to-cash processes.
- Experience delivering CRM or commercial platform projects.
