On behalf of a Docklands, London based financial services organisation, I am seeking an experienced IT Business Manager with a focus on Vendor Performance.
You will be responsible for Leading the creation/enhancement and operation of a Third-Party Relationship and Performance Management capability within the businesses Technology division.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of a third-party performance and relationship management process within Technology to enhance existing current practices. You will be required to work with the Third Party Management Office (TPMO) within finance who will ensure any performance management design is aligned to the broader company framework and regulatory expectations.
- Lead the implementation of any enhanced performance management capability including the implementation of enhanced processes within the Performance Management module of a TPRM workflow tool, (ISG GovernX). Including consistent vendor performance dashboards and reporting.
- Expand upon current roles and responsibilities for existing Vendor Relationship Owner (VRO) and Service owners to support a capability assessment within Technology and recommend how this capability can be improved and maintain over time.
- Across the OCIO identity opportunities within the existing team for how they can support the VRO and SO in effective third-party performance and relationship management.
- Strong collaboration and partnership with Procurement and TPMO to ensure the evolution of the third-party Performance Management processes integrated with the TPM Framework and satisfy their interpretation of regulatory standards.
- Promote the services of the Technology to stakeholders through the identification and provision of value-added service, a can-do attitude and a continuous improvement culture.
- Complete a capability assessment on the third-party Performance Capability and provide recommendation for how we transform the current function.
- Support and provides guidance to the Head of OCIO and other senior leaders on a third-party performance related topics.
Experience/Skills required:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Supplier Relationship Management or Performance Management capacity.
- Proven experience of working with large Managed Services vendors in the Technology and/or Financial Services sector(s).
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment/Financial Services industry would be advantageous.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering internal third-party performance management with examples of how these processes mitigated supply chain risk and added value.
- Demonstrate knowledge a success criteria for this role and monitoring processes to track progress.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can demonstrate a strong customer focus in all dealings and maintain deep working relationships with all stakeholders.
- Successful management of high workloads while achieving deadlines and objectives.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of third-party obligations from the following regulations: Reg HH, PMFI, FFEIC, SR letter and EBA Outsourcing Guidelines.
