Are you passionate about technology and eager to support a leading IoT service provider in Watford? Our client, a private equity backed & leading company in the IoT space, are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their dynamic team. If you have a strong background in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support and management for internal technology systems.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain security protocols.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support to internal staff, both in-person and remotely.
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT systems, procedures, and support activities.
- Be proactive in resolving your IT support calls and help your team do the same to prevent repeat issues.
- Write and review change requests to ensure only well-planned changes are carried out.
- Regularly update internal and external customers on the status of your work.
- Participate in projects that keep CSL’s technology evolving.
- Handle issuing, returns, replacements, and support for hardware, and keep records up-to-date in the CMDB/Asset database.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and written skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
