An impressive financial services business is looking to hire an Lead Enterprise Architect to manage a team of 4 Enterprise Architects and ensure that the team supports the wider business as they go on a digital transformation . This business is going through a big technology transformation programme that is estimated to take 3 -5 years, with the view of driving more digital customer interactions

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful Lead Enterprise Architect will:
- Manage a team of 4 Enterprise Architects and ensure that their teams are on rack to deliver the appropriate business change
- Support the Head of Architecture to ensure that business goals are met
- Run the function as an internal consultancy, rather than a siloed entity
- Work as part of the transformation team to ensure that the digital customer milestones are set and met
Lead Enterprise Architect – Your Background
The ideal Lead Enterprise Architect will have:
- Experience in a similar role, in both responsibility and scale
- Full project management experience
- Strong Analytical experiences
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to work in person and with teams in other locations
