Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in the office per week)
Salary: Up to £120,000 base + 20% OTE bonus

Our client, a prestigious global trading company headquartered in London, is seeking a Principal Front End Developer to join their talented team. This is a key role where you will not only be a high-value contributor but also provide technical leadership and oversight for their cutting-edge platform.
The Principle Front End Developer will be responsible for:
- Lead and mentor a team of Front End developers, setting technical standards and ensuring high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with architects to design and enhance the system architecture.
- Remain hands-on in development, working primarily with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies within the team.
- Ensure the application remains robust, scalable, and user-friendly.
The Principle Front End Developer will have:
- Extensive experience in Front End development with a deep understanding of React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record in technical leadership and setting standards for development teams.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with architects and other stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services is highly desirable, but candidates from other industries will also be considered.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus, though not essential.
