On behalf of an industry Leading organisation, I am seeking an experienced Process Engineer on an initial 3-month contract basis. You’ll play a pivotal role in building the processes that power the global eCommerce solution. Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll help craft the operational, financial, and compliance strategies that ensure the business continues to set the standard for digital learning experiences.
The role will need to understand the E-commerce processes required to launch this global solution and successfully deploy in multiple countries ensuring they create processes which meet the expectations of their customers and mitigate risks to the business.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Transformation: You’ll turn big ideas into process goals, workflows, and measurable plans that add value and improve efficiency across the business.
- Lead Change: Oversee multiple improvement projects across dynamic business models, collaborating with global teams to meet strategic objectives.
- Collaborate Globally: Work alongside teams in Financial Operations, Technology, and Global Business Services, using your insight to shape impactful processes.
- Champion Quality: Track and enhance performance, establishing controls and high standards for lasting improvements.
- Shape the Future of Learning: Your work will be a cornerstone of the Direct-to-Consumer strategy, leveraging data and advanced tools to optimise processes and ensure seamless global deployment.
Skills/Experience required:
- ERP & Process Mapping: Knowledge of Oracle ERP and process mapping tools (eg, IBM BlueWorks).
- eCommerce Expertise: Experience in Order-to-Cash processes and with payment providers like Ayden, PayU, or BigCommerce.
- Agile Project Management: Agile or Scrum certifications are a bonus!
- Global Perspective: You have worked in multinational organisations and understand the complexities of diverse teams and varied market needs.
