Product Manager up to 70K Fully Remote
A leading Unified Communications provider are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a well established market in the UK and who are continuously expanding their markets across Europe.
The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Providing product leadership across the business.
- Maintaining the onboarding and purchasing to customers.
- Uncovering and understanding customer needs and translating them into user journeys.
- Reporting on key performance indicators.
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing team to keep on track with new routes to market.
- Liasing with different stakeholders, ensuring they have an understanding of deliverables and timelines
The Product Manager must have:
- Customer facing experience- able to understand different customer needs.
- Confidence and experience having end-to-end ownership
- Delivered a product in both B2C/B2B environments
- A strong understanding of successfully delivering products to new routes to market.
- Previously developed/used OSS/BSS platforms
