On behalf of a valued client who operate within the insurance industry, I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major business operating model transformation initiative, transitioning their organisation from a traditional waterfall delivery model to a product-centric, Agile operating model. This is a pivotal contract role that will work directly with senior stakeholders, including ExCo members and the Head of Product, to successfully drive organisational change.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models, proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs, and the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution.

The organisation is happy to offer the role as predominantly remote based, however you will be expected to travel to their London and Surrey offices regularly and when required for workshops and collaboration purposes.
