On behalf of one of our key clients in the financial services industry, Spencer Rose is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to aid an innovative and forward thinking organisation deliver key projects. This role will support the project manager and Programme Manager in delivering the highest project standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Governance
- RAID Log maintenance (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Dependencies) and Project Plan maintenance
- Working both in house and with 3rd parties on follow-up actions
- Meeting Governance and Scheduling
- Assisting in project audits and managing day to day operational aspects of a project: scope, schedule, milestones, budget/costs, resourcing and deliverables.
Experience/Skills required:
- A minimum of 4 years hands-on project support experience, preferably within the financial services industry
- Project management certification (eg Prince2, PMI, APM, etc)
- Proven organisation and communication skills
- Proficient with related project tools but not limited to MS Office, MS Project, Enterprise Project Management tools.
