Salary: up to £50,000 (DoE)
Hybrid working: x2 days per week in office (Leeds Based)
Spencer Rose are partnered with a leading consultancy based in Leeds who are on the look out for a Senior GRC Consultant. Within this role, the Senior GRC Consultant will be influential in ensuring that their key clients establish robust governance frameworks, manage risks effectively and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. The Senior GRC Consultant will also be responsible for conducting and leading security audits to improve the effectiveness of risk management and governance processes.
The Senior GR Consultant will have the following responsibilities –
- Leading comprehensive internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to ISO27001 standard
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop risk management strategies
- Leading governance activities, including reporting and continual process improvement
The Senior GRC Consultant will need to have the following skills/experience –
- 4+ years of experience in a similar lead GRC compliance or security role (including policy/documentation reviews & auditing)
- Proven track record in successfully maintaining information security standards in a workplace environment (ISO27001 and NIST)
- Hold compliance or information security-related certifications (desirable)
