A leading Financial Services organisation based in The City of London are looking for a Senior Manager to join their Customer and Digital team. The Digital Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery, design and performance of their digital channels are meeting both the customer and commercial needs.
The Senior Managers Responsibilities:
- Driving customer and business success by creating future vision and objectives for all of their digital channels eg app, web, chat
- Working closely with key stakeholders.
- Delivering a high standard of digital customer experience with UI/UX design principles and standards, ensuring usability across all digital channels
- Responsible for setting, monitoring, and reporting key channel performance indicators
- Managing, motivating and inspiring their team of professionals.
Key Requirements for The Role:
- Previous experience managing digital channels, particularly App and Web.
- Knowledge of Front End Analytics Platforms, UX/UI Platforms and User Centred Design processes.
- Experience with Digital Transformation projects
- Strong customer focus and desire to meet the customer needs.
- Ability to build extensive stakeholder relationships.
- Financial services background or at least experience in a regulated environment.
