Spencer Rose are recruiting for a Senior Product Manager to join a Leading Financial Organisation, based in London, however offer extremely flexible working. This is a unique opportunity for the Senior Product Manager to own precise and impactful material to aid in the process of new product ideas with industry participants.
The Senior Product Manager will have the following responsibilities –
- Collaborate effectively with departments such as Risk, Legal and Compliance to ensure all aspects for new and existing products and services are covered and reviewed regularly
- Develop an in depth understanding of their customers’ requirements to aid in the collaboration on key strategic initiatives
- Create new product and service ideas by engaging with their Members and other strategic clients
The Senior Product Manager will need to have the following skills and experience –
- Be able to demonstrate extensive experience of working as part of a large Project or Program Management organization, ideally in an Agile, Product-led environment
- Will need to have substantial experience within significant capital (ideally FX) markets experience, with a focus on Change Management, Operations or Regulatory Change
- At least five years’ experience in Product Management, with a background in delivering new services to market
