Our client, a prestigious global investment bank, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Lead to join their innovative team. This is an opportunity to lead a team of 10 talented engineers and play a pivotal role in delivering critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable solutions in market or operational risk.
- Maintain a hands-on approach with development, working with .NET Core, Angular, and SQL .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and ensure technical excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent leadership role.
- Strong background in market risk or operational risk within the financial sector.
- Expertise in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL .
- Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on technical contributions.
