We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Proposal Writer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technology proposals, as well as experience working in highly regulated industries. They should have experience in either business analysis, auditing, or bid management. The primary responsibility of the Technical Proposal Writer is to develop and write regulatory proposals in a clear and concise manner that complies with all regulatory requirements and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with subject matter experts to obtain necessary information for the proposal and to ensure it meets regulatory requirements and has a single voice.
- Managing proposal timelines to ensures timely submission of proposals.
- Continuously reviewing and editing proposal for clarity, coherence, and compliance.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to conduct reviews and approvals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical proposal writing within a highly regulated industry.
- Knowledge of highly regulated industries infrastructure and security concern, ideally financial services.
- Experience in business analysis or auditing/bid management.
- Demonstrated track record of providing support for significant programs that involve interacting with regulators, whether from a policy or supervisory standpoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
